Thank you for a really good stay. Pleasant hotel with helpful staff, has unbeatable location right by Acton Town tube. The rooms here are cheap and comfy with 3 single beds.

Very close to the underground (30 seconds walk). Satisfactory breakfast. Quiet, peaceful place.
We had to change the room because of bedbugs. For the money we paid we expected to have a more safe place.
